This interactive workshop blends face yoga, facial massage, acupressure, Gua Sha, breathwork and gentle energy-healing techniques to help release tension, boost circulation, support lymphatic drainage, lift facial muscles and awaken your skin’s natural glow.

You’ll learn simple, effective techniques, with tips on pressure, direction and how to get the best results from your skincare products and makeup too!
