OIL BENEFITS

Topical: This oil contains antioxidents making it great for killing bacteria both on the skin and when used in cleaning products. When used in a message oil, it helps alleviate pain and inflammation 

(Avoid UV light for around 12hrs after applying citric oils topically - this includes sunbeds and strong sunshine - as they increase UV sensitivity)

Aromatherapy: Sweet orange is very helpful at helping to relieve anxiety, stress and depression. It's also great with pain relief when diffused and helps relax the mind and body

We do not recommend using essential oils directly on the skin as they are very concentrated and can cause skin irritation. Adding a few drops to a carrier oil - such as grapeseed, olive or castor - would be a great way to safely use essential oils for the topical benefits.
